| Utilize subcontractors who have a proven track record of providing competitive pricing and quality workmanship |
| Focus on contributing to leasing program |
| Provide full time on-site supervision to assure adherence to project schedules, quality control, and accurate commitments to tenant possession dates |
| Coordinate with owner's representative the scheduling of all phones, data lines, furniture, equipment, and other miscellaneous items related to tenant's possession of space |
| Maintain all job sites in clean and safe condition |
| Dedicated to meeting client's budgets and time restraints |
| Fully computerized office systems including all accounting, job costing, and estimating departments |
| Assign qualified project manager for each project |
| Work closely with architects and designers to troubleshoot potential problems |
